Pregnancy Massage: Focuses on the needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the changes of the childbirth experience, reduces stress hormones in her body.

Cupping Therapy: It helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well being. It is a type of deep tissue massage and it’s widely used among athletes.
